Konstantin Ribel is a Scrum Master – the first fomenter, or the lone nut, of the LeSS Huge adoption at BMW Group’s Autonomous Driving division.
Konstantin worked in various engineering fields such as complex hardware design, embedded SW development and project management in United Kingdom and Germany.
He is convinced that today’s organizations need a radical structural change to shift mindsets, and unleash collective intelligence. His vision is to foster organizations where human intelligence and efforts are highly respected.
Strong desire to learn and question the status quo helped him in bringing LeSS Huge to BMW Group’s Autonomous Driving division.
Konstantin Ribel ist ein Scrum Master - der erste Schöpfer, oder die einsame Nuss, der LeSS Huge Einführung bei der BMW Group's Autonomous Driving Division.
Konstantin arbeitete in verschiedenen technischen Bereichen wie komplexes Hardware-Design, Embedded-SW-Entwicklung und Projektmanagement in Großbritannien und Deutschland.
Er ist davon überzeugt, dass die heutigen Organisationen einen radikalen Strukturwandel brauchen, um die Denkweise zu ändern und kollektive Intelligenz freizusetzen. Seine Vision ist es, Organisationen zu fördern, in denen die menschliche Intelligenz und Leistung hoch geschätzt werden.
Sein ausgeprägter Wunsch zu lernen und den Status Quo in Frage zu stellen, hat ihm geholfen, LeSS Huge in die Abteilung Autonomes Fahren der BMW Group zu bringen.
In this talk Robert will make the case that to achieve true agility an organization needs to descale the complexity of processes and roles. He will discuss the organizational design implications that Scrum (as an agile framework) creates both regarding structure and policies.
