Last week I took part in Org Topologies™ 1 and a training session with Alexey Krivitsky C and Roland Flemm. As always, it worked out great with these guys! One of the most valuable outcomes of the training is the toolbox, which helps a lot to get everyone on the same level of understanding why certain changes are needed in the organization (or team)! Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you again! Just finished an Org Topologies™ course by Roland Flemm and Alexey Krivitsky in Ghent. It was nice to change my perspective and be a learner, so thank you Roland and Alexey! There were many learnings (which we will document in a blog post next week or so), but this course was a good reminder that when improving an organizational design, you must first observe the system and then optimize it. Optimizing the individual components of the system does not lead to lasting change. You'd think I'd know that by now ... #DoBetterScrum
