Live-Mentoring
Every two weeks (Fridays, 1:00–2:30 p.m.), join group sessions with experienced LeSS trainers and like-minded individuals. Use this space for direct exchange, practical tips, and mutual support in tackling real-world challenges.
AI support
Concrete instructions and practical examples of how you can use AI specifically for your work as a LeSS Scrum Master (e.g., for retrospective preparation or data collection).
LeSS case studies
A comprehensive collection of all LeSS case studies as inspiring audio podcasts—perfect for learning on the go or between meetings.
Individual support
The program price includes up to 6 personal 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes each with an experienced LeSS trainer of your choice. Use them to work on your specific topics—systemic hurdles, coaching questions, leadership, or design decisions.
LeSS-Events Live
Join us virtually or on-site for real LeSS sprint reviews and refinements in organizations we coach – experience what LeSS looks like in practice.
