What you bring with you:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in an agile environment
  • You have accompanied a team as an agile coach and got a feel for the pitfalls along the way. 
  • You have an understanding of team dynamics that goes well beyond agile methods.
  • You can empower people to do new things with your friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic nature, but can be assertive when necessary.
  • You are a strong team player and a good facilitator. 
  • You think and act agile both at work and in life. 
  • You know Scrum by the book and understand that applying the underlying principles is much more important. 
  • You have knowledge of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) and/or are excited to deep dive into it.
  • You speak and write German and English fluently - many of our customers are either committed to one or the other language.
  • You are willing to travel to our client locations (as soon as the COVID-19 restrictions change) for up to 4 days a week.
  • If you don't live in Berlin, you are willing to travel to Berlin once in a while.

What exactly is the job?

  • Depending on the assignment, you actively accompany teams (also outside of software development) through coaching, facilitation and consulting.
  • Depending on your experience and interest, you will also work on a structural organizational level or can develop there with our support.
  • You are working as an Agile Coach in projects with a duration of 3 - 24 months.
  • You focus on communication and dynamics within the team.
  • You take responsibility for team development and awareness of the balancing act between result orientation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • You do with passion, fun, knowledge, empathy and great love for people what it takes to make a team a great whole.
  • You use a broad toolbox of methods appropriate to the situation, which you use routinely, from systems thinking to portfolio coaching.
Also, you will get more and more comfortable with:
  • Delivering and developing training and workshops.
  • External exposure through blog posts, publications, and conference presentations.
  • Actively participating in the agile community at meetups for example.
  • Supporting client acquisition by keeping an eye out for opportunities.
