I am Robert, CEO of Lean Sherpas and one of 28 certified LeSS trainers worldwide. With over 20 years of practical experience in agile consulting and as a coach, I have applied both LeSS and LeSS Huge in numerous projects. I have worked with more than 30 companies, including DAX-listed global brands such as Adidas, BMW, BP, Dr. Oetker, Henkel, Hilti, Hugo Boss, SAP, Volkswagen and ZF. My goal is to help organizations become more agile and successful.
From 2015 to 2016, I led a LeSS implementation at a global player in the software industry. I scaled the development from 3 to 7 teams and coached both the development and the management team in leading a scaled agile organization. In 2018, I was part of one of the world's largest LeSS-Huge implementations at BMW AG. Together with over 30 teams and more than 400 employees, we achieved significant improvements in product development and managed to deliver product increments of hardware and software every two weeks.
