provisional Certified LeSS Practitioner (pCLP®): The entry into scaled agility
Experience intensive training on Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and lay the foundations for true agile transformation. Our certified LeSS trainers provide you with hands-on support - and open up the path to full LeSS Practitioner certification.

Brief description

Participants experience in simulations, exercises and reflection phases how LeSS works and how organizations can become more agile and adaptable through simplified structures and clearly defined roles.
The training is led by experienced LeSS trainers. After successful participation, all participants receive an official pCLP® certificate as well as optional onsite certification as a Certified LeSS Practitioner.
Highlights:
Simulation of a real product development process in a scaled environment
Introduction to LeSS principles, roles, structures and decision-making processes
Practical tools for organizational analysis and transformation processes
Certification as a provisional Certified LeSS Practitioner (pCLP®)
Optional: subsequent on-site certification as a Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP®)
Bringing scaled agility to life - with structure, purpose and system
Today, fast innovation cycles and genuine customer centricity require more than agile teams: they require organizations that are adaptive, flexible and systemically well thought out. In our pCLP® training, participants experience how LeSS, as a lightweight but effective framework, helps to create precisely these conditions - and at the same time provides clear orientation.
The training combines in-depth knowledge with tangible simulations, reflection phases and an in-depth examination of typical challenges in scaled environments. The focus is not only on the framework, but also on the question: How can I really change my organization?
Agenda:
Day 1:
Introduction to LeSS, principles and mindset of scaled agility
Day 2:
Organizational design, feature teams & product understanding
Day 3:
Roles in the LeSS context & product development practices
Day 4:
Structure, processes, scaling & technical requirements
