Der Aufbau des Kurses mit selbst erarbeiteten Inhalten hat auf jeden Fall zu einer nachhaltigen Änderung geführt. Ich würde den Kurs allen Leuten empfehlen, deren Organisation ein echtes Interesse daran hat, deren Probleme durch Lernen zu lösen. Besonders gut fand ich, dass wir uns Sachen selber erarbeiten mussten anhand eines Systemdiagramms. Dadurch hatte man während des gesamten Kurses immer wieder so Aha Momente. I am Konstantin, one of the initiators of the LeSS-Huge implementation at the BMW Group in the field of autonomous driving. My professional path has taken me through various engineering disciplines - from complex hardware design to embedded software and international project management in the UK and Germany

What drives me is the conviction that today's organizations need profound structural change to unleash the full potential of their employees. I am committed to creating environments in which collective intelligence, human thinking and collaboration really come to fruition.

With a great willingness to learn and the courage to question the status quo, I initiated the LeSS-Huge transformation at the BMW Group - as the first Scrum Master and “lone nut”, as they say.
