Apply by 23 Oct 2026 for one of two complimentary seats. 2–4 December 2026 in Hamburg, held in German.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) is the core training for Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). LeSS isn't a scaling process you layer on top of your organization – it's about redesigning the organization itself to build better products with fewer obstacles (as co-creator Bas Vodde puts it).
Over three days you'll work on the principles and organizational design behind it: simplifying roles, structures and ways of working, reducing organizational complexity, and bringing your teams closer to the customer. You finish with the internationally recognized Certified LeSS Practitioner certification.
SaaS products are rarely built by a single team – and the more teams work on the same product, the more coordination, dependencies and friction pile up. That's exactly where LeSS helps: less organizational complexity, shorter paths to the customer, and the ability to change direction quickly, based on frequent delivery rather than long plans. For growing SaaS organizations that means learning faster what customers really need, and building products that keep evolving with the market.
Lean Sherpas and Women of SaaS are giving away two complimentary seats for the training. Eligibility: open to the Women of SaaS community.
Good to know: even if you don't win a free seat, you can still join at the regular rate – with early-bird pricing of €1,990 until 28 Oct 2026.
A short form is all it takes. After the deadline, Lean Sherpas and Women of SaaS review the applications together.
